# Testing Wappi includes built-in testing capabilities to ensure your API is reliable and well-tested. Wappi follows the Test Driven Development (TDD for you acronym folk) methodology. Every endpoint has a `index.spec.ts` as part of the template. The basic tests are already set up. So when you add more code, you just have to add to the tests to reach the test coverage you deem appropriate. ## Test a single endpoint Use the CLI to run the test like below. (**t** is short for **test**) Enter your endpoint function name, that is located in your `index.ts` file. Here is an example, if you have an endpoint in the folder: `Test/Something/1.0.0` ```bash npx wappi t Test_Something_1_0_0 ``` ## Test everything! Super simple, just use the CLI command. (**t** is short for **test**) ```bash npx wappi t ``` ### Jest Wappi uses **jest** out of the box. So it's all set up for you. No config needed. The types are all available for you.
